Volunteers Details

 

Note:

 

We will need a handful of people interested in leadership to help with administration. If you would like to be part of this we will need a letter from your High School for this, as you might be able to use it for cross-credit the following year. 

 

Please talk to your teachers and see if this is possible. If you can’t get cross-credit, you can still be part of the admin team but we will still need a letter from your teacher. We want 

 

Please understand that you may not get placed where you want. But, we will try.

 

AS A VOLUNTEER:

You will be provided with a FESTIVAL HAORI we advise that you wear this all weekend possibly over the top of a plain white t-shirt or single long sleeve/or short sleep. 

 

This is so that you are warm and can be easily recognized as a volunteer once needed. 

You will get A lunch voucher each day.

Bottled water will be available throughout the day.

Please make sure to have a big breakfast as you will be very busy.
